Rachel Braun Scherl focuses on building businesses in sexual and reproductive health, from menopause through menstruation. I have completed hundreds of growth projects for J&J, Pfizer, and Merck, among others, and dozens of venture-backed start-ups. I am on the Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards for companies in sexual and reproductive health. I also serve as Chief Development Officer for Pulse, a company with a device and consumable model that is transforming personal care. I have authored many articles and a best-selling book, Orgasmic Leadership: Profiting from the. Coming Surge in Women’s Sexual Health and Wellness. In 2021, I launched a podcast, Business of the V, with my co-host, Dr. Alyssa Dweck, focusing on the intersection of unmet needs in women’s health AND the businesses being created to respond to them. I speak frequently at universities, colleges, and industry conferences, including Duke, Stanford, CES, SXSW, J&J, and Abbvie.
